Sanitary Sewer

Gravity holds no grudges and forgives no shortcuts. Grade is either right or it is not.

The Scope

Gravity main laid to the hundredth. Manholes set with rings to grade, inverts channeled. Laterals stubbed where the plumber needs them, and commercial taps made without taking the main down.

Force main where gravity cannot go. Deep cuts shored, dewatered, and bedded so the pipe stays where the laser put it.

What Acceptance Takes

  • Low-pressure air test, section by section
  • Vacuum test on every manhole
  • Mandrel pulled after the backfill has done its settling
  • CCTV run for the utility before it goes on their books
