Section 03 · Storm
Storm Drainage
A civil engineer spent weeks deciding where every drop of runoff goes. Our job is making the ground agree.
The Scope
RCP, HDPE, and CMP in whatever the drainage plan calls out. Catch basins, junction boxes, drop inlets, headwalls at the outfalls.
Culvert crossings, detention outlet structures, and the underdrains nobody thinks about until a parking lot starts pumping water up through the joints.
What Acceptance Takes
- Invert elevations shot against the drainage plan
- Joints wrapped and structures grouted tight
- Backfill compacted in lifts, not dumped
- Grates and rims dialed to finished pavement
